I'm Ihar Nestsiarenia. Staff AI Engineer and Head of AI Baltics at EPAM (Lithuania, Latvia). I've spent more than ten years taking ML and AI projects from concept to production.

My current focus is multi-agent systems, agentic coding, and quality in LLM applications (eval-driven CI, agent graphs, observability infrastructure). Alongside delivery, I run the AI engineering practice in the Baltics — hiring, mentoring, and programs for engineers.
